Uh oh! The loading wheel keeps on spinning and spinning, something on your account isn't working like it normally does, or you've run into an error message.
All websites have bugs sometimes. We really appreciate your help when you report them to us, and we work to resolve them as fast as possible, but there are a couple things you can do to speed that process along.
When you encounter an error, send us these three things to email@example.com:
- Tell us exactly where you are on the site. Retrace your steps for us up to the point of the error.
- Send us a screenshot of the entire window of the webpage you're on.
- Send us a screenshot of the webpage error code (see below).
To get to the webpage error code, right click on the page with the error. Select Inspect.
Alternatively, you can also press "Command+Option+C" on Mac or "Control+Shift+C" on Windows, Linux, and Chrome OS.
On the window that pops up, make sure you are on the Console tab (listed along the top). You may also need to expand the window by dragging the top/side in order to show the whole error.
How to take a screenshot...
Make sure your screenshot includes the entire browser window.
Note: If you do not see red text in the Console tab, like the screenshot above, leave the window open and retrace your steps on the website until the error appears again. This should make the red error message display in the Console window, which is what we need to see.
Thank you for helping us keep Whooo's Reading running smoothly!
